For over 60 years our grandfather, Willem Marcolina Senior has designed and built exceptional homes. He dedicated all his efforts and resources to achieving excellence. Those original principles of uncompromising quality and commitment remain today, and have helped us build a reputation for beautiful award-winning homes.
Over the past 25 years we have noticed huge changes in the way we now live our lives. Advances in technology have made life easier in many ways, but the 24-7 access to technology and information steal precious time from our family life.
We decided to create Sage by Atrium to provide a service to our clients who are “time poor” and would like assistance with their build, from assisting you in sourcing a suitable block, to moving in.
Traditionally builders “hand over” the house for the clients to complete main floor coverings, window treatments, landscaping and furnishing. This is where Sage can help – we offer a complete service from assisting you to locate a suitable block to build on, to moving into a complete, decorated home.
